Patricia Nooney joins as Principal and Director of Real Estate Management, Florida

Boca Raton, FL – Avison Young today announced that Patricia Nooney has joined the firm as Principal and Director of Real Estate Management Services (REMS) for the Florida market. Nooney will be responsible for the strategic direction of the REMS platform, optimizing property management teams’ performance, utilizing Avison Young’s technology stack and best practices in operations, sustainability, and tenant services to deliver customized results for clients.

Nooney brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate and asset management expertise to the firm, including nearly 15 years covering retail, office, industrial and multifamily asset classes in the Florida market. She also brings a wealth of C-suite knowledge on strategic governance, P&L oversight and digital transformation. Prior to joining Avison Young, Nooney served as President and Principal at CRE Analytics Now, LLC where she provided advisory services to institutional owners, offering expertise across transitions and acquisition due diligence, digital transformations and enterprise technology platform rollouts. She has also served in various leadership roles at Madison Marquette and CBRE in various markets across the U.S. Nooney is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is currently serving as Board Member and on the Governing Council.
