Avison Young represents Charleston-based LSV manufacturer in market expansion into the Midwest
Bintelli adds 150,000 sf industrial facility in Jeffersonville, Indiana
Charleston, SC and Jeffersonville, Indiana – Avison Young today announced that it has assisted in a market expansion on behalf of Bintelli, a Charleston-based low speed vehicle (LSV) manufacturing company. The company will increase its manufacturing and operations footprint by leasing 150,000 square feet (sf) of industrial space in River Ridge Commerce Center, located at 1501 Trey Street, Jeffersonville, Indiana.
Bintelli was represented by Ashley Jackrel, Senior Vice President, Office & Investment Services, CCIM who is based in the firm’s Charleston office and Matt Ryder, Principal, U.S. Consulting Services, based in the firm’s Atlanta office. They provided consulting services, location strategy support, labor analytics, economic development incentives, and supply chain and distribution planning. Dustin Coffman, Executive Vice President of PRG Commercial Property advisors in Indiana, assisted with local site selection.

Bintelli was founded in 2000 by Justin Jackrel. The company currently has the largest LSV manufacturing facility in the U.S. in South Carolina and is a five-time Inc. 5000 company. Their products include golf carts, shuttles, vehicles, parts, and accessories. Bintelli will invest over $4 million into the Jeffersonville, IN region and create approximately 67 new jobs with the expansion.
