Avison Young partnered with Dain Torpy and Studio TROIKA to bring to life this new corporate headquarters at 175 Federal Street in Boston. This is AY’s second build out for Dain Torpy, the first was in 2014. Growth of the law firm required relocation and upgrades.
The project consists of 12,000 SF built out, from shell condition, including all new finishes, DIRTT office fronts, wood veneer wallcovering, a fully furnished pantry/ break room, offices, a library, and various conference rooms.
