When Kynetic LLC, an e-commerce, spun off from another company they quickly needed a new headquarters. Avison Young was selected to oversee the design and fit-out of their new space. Along with Kynetic, subsidiaries Fanatics, Rue La La and ShopRunner occupy the space, which includes everything from tech-forward workspaces and whiteboard walls to a fitness center and helipad.
