After graduating from George Washington University, Mr. Yim joined Deloitte, working on various consulting and M&A projects for notable clients such as Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Mars, and Ciena. His entrepreneurial ventures took off with the founding of LA Wax Club, a nanotechnology company that revolutionized car care automation by partnering with car wash companies across several states. Separately, Mr. Yim founded a consulting firm to assist small to mid-sized enterprises in manufacturing, operations, marketing, expansion, and more throughout the U.S.

Now at Avison Young, Mr. Yim leverages his rich background to provide premier commercial real estate and advisory services to a wide array of clients in the food and beverage, manufacturing, retail, and automotive industries. He has a special interest in supporting Korean enterprises in their efforts to establish or expand their presence in Georgia, promoting their successful integration into the North American market.

Beyond his real estate endeavors, Mr. Yim co-founded Crematics Coffee Lab, an innovative company that is revolutionizing the coffee industry with its chaffless coffee innovation, securing partnerships with giants like Pepsi.

Mr. Yim's commitment to community and business development is evident through his memberships in the FBI Citizens Academy Alumni Association and the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, along with previous board positions with the Hoover Area Chamber of Commerce and the Korean American Chamber of Commerce USA. Dedicated to social causes, he has sponsored Compassion International for over 14 years as well as UNICEF USA. Mr. Yim and his wife attend the Atlanta Bethel Church in Suwanee and enjoy life in Gwinnett County, Georgia, with their beloved cat.
