Daniel is a vice president with Avison Young’s Capital Markets Group. With over ten years of experience in commercial real estate, his work includes the sale and purchase of income-producing properties, value-added properties, owner-occupied properties and asset management and business acquisitions for local, national, and international investors. Daniel has facilitated the marketing and leasing of retail spaces and warehouses. Daniel has in-depth experience aiding companies in the factory’s site selection, acquisition of businesses and purchase of office, land and warehouse space while providing guidance in the procurement of government incentives. Daniel has transacted over 900,000 square feet of warehouses, 300,000 sf of retail assets, over 200 acres of land, more than 50 residential properties and numerous office spaces over 70,000 sf.

Daniel graduated from Duke University with his PhD and is currently the Board Secretary of the North Carolina Chinese Business Association (NCCBA), where he was President from 2016-2020. During his tenure he has actively worked to build a strong relationship between the business owners and investors by promoting local investment opportunities and organizing workshops for business prospects in a wide range of fields. Daniel is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate and has been a member of the Triangle Real Estate Investor Association (TREIA) and Chinese Christian Mission Church for more than 10 years.
