Howard Berry has 20 years of commercial real estate experience, initially on the value-add, investment assets and development side of the business. He currently focuses on the development, sales and leasing of data center product and investment assets. Recent accomplishments include: the sale and relocation of Vishay Technologies, 12 acre repurposed semi-conductor fabrication to data center with a 100,000-sf office lease. Microsoft multi-state data center land acquisition.
Prior to joining Avison Young, Howard worked as an award winning, top 10% revenue-recognized Everest sales professional and the National Director of Data Center business for Colliers International, where he focused on building their national data center platform. His responsibilities included valuation of data centers, developing and mentoring data center brokers and business, ground-up development, financial and physical due diligence, design, develop and project management.
Prior to that, Howard worked on value-add and special projects at Grubb & Ellis. Prior to starting his career in commercial real estate, Howard started his career in commercial construction management giving him intimate knowledge of all aspects and inner workings of commercial space from conceptual to deliverable.
