Nick Baldwin joined Avison Young’s Silicon Valley office in July 2019. Nick joined the fast-growing Silicon Valley team as an Associate. Nick brings 5 years of industry experience to Avison Young with an expertise in a broad range of commercial real estate services including property and asset management. Nick’s focus is Office Sales and Leasing, both tenant and landlord representation.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Nick was on the property management team for Harvest Properties in Downtown San Jose where he managed the daily operations of roughly 1 million square feet of Class A office space. Prior to that, Nick began his brokerage career in Oakland with California Capital & Investment Group where he specialized in Office and Investment sales, landlord representation, and tenant representation.
