The Atlanta office market has seen a 20% increase in available large blocks of space (20,000 sf+) over the last 12 months. While Class A large blocks increased 13% over this time, Trophy blocks increased 68% due to several new developments delivering in the second half of 2022 with little to no pre-leasing activity. If speculative office development slows in 2023 this will allow the market to absorb some of the 57 large blocks of space currently available across 15 Trophy buildings.
