Avison Young taps Lisa Jesmer as Florida Market Leader
Jesmer focusing on strategic growth initiatives, expanding revenue streams and cultivating top talent
Miami, FL – Avison Young, a leading global real estate solutions provider, today announces the appointment of Lisa Jesmer as Market Leader for Florida. Jesmer will take on the added leadership and focus on driving growth for the firm in Florida, building deeper client relationships, expanding business development throughout the state, and recruiting top talent in all geographies, service lines and sectors. She joined the firm as Principal and National Director for Investor Services Development in 2022 and will continue that role growing Avison Young’s national relationships with real estate investors.

Jesmer will report to Chris Fraser, Regional Managing Director for the South Region and will lead efforts to expand Avison Young's brokerage business across all sectors, including agency leasing, tenant representation, investment sales, debt, and equity. She will also continue to boost expansion in non-brokerage service lines such as Project Management, Consulting, Real Estate Management Services (REMs), and Valuation, ensuring diversified revenue streams for the company.
