Downtown Greenville's annual visitation rose by 3.7 million from 2020 to 2023. The subsequent increase in foot traffic has made the submarket a desirable location for retailers.
Retail vacancy in the submarket has decreased to 3.4% since the peak of the pandemic due to the enhanced atmosphere and diversified tenant mix.
