Nearly all the regional malls in the Nashville area have reached >90% of their pre-pandemic foot traffic. Recovery is most evident in malls that offer a diversity of experience (Opry Mills), mixed-use community (One Bellevue Place) and cater to high-income shoppers (The Mall of Green Hills).
