New Jersey capital markets experience year-over-year decline across all asset classes

• The total investment volume has plummeted by 64% compared to year-end 2022. Moreover, it is 53% below the average annual investment volume since 2013.

• Investors are grappling with the significant effects of rising interest and inflation rates, leading to a substantial increase in borrowing costs.
