Raleigh Durham class C property maintains the lowest office availability
- Raleigh-Durham trophy property has the highest availability of all office property types. Although this property class is the nicest and often the most expensive, it is also the newest, with a large percentage of inventory recently delivered and still in lease-up.
- Classes A, B and C all show significantly lower availability numbers. Class A property has 52.4% less availability than Trophy, and B and C have even less than A.
- Class C property has by far the lowest availability of all classes at 4.2% total availability, meaning that cheaper office property should not be overlooked despite the overall flight-to-quality trend.
