Remote work job postings are declining at a faster rate than non-remote within the Minneapolis - St. Paul Market, potentially indicating increasing RTO mandates

Non-remote job postings for office-oriented occupations have declined by 35% year-over-year versus remote job postings at nearly a 40% decline; highlighting the increasing return-to-office mandates and within the market.  Tech industries reported a larger decrease in non-remote job postings compared to remote postings, highlighting the continued acceptance of remote employees within these industries. Remote job postings in the Legal Service industry increased YOY, as some firms continue to leverage remote workers in select roles to help reduce overhead costs.
