Stan Nowak is an industry veteran and Principal at Avison Young with over sixteen years of experience in the industrial and office property sector throughout Southern California. Nowak recently relocated to Austin Texas to expand the Capital Markets team’s industrial focus in and around Austin and San Antonio. 

Stan has completed in excess of one-half Billion dollars in sale and lease transactions totaling more than 4.7 million square feet of space. Furthermore, Stan has transacted on several hundred acres of land for development projects.

Stan is an avid saltwater fishing enthusiast and recently moved from Temecula, CA to Austin, TX with his wife and two teenaged children. He owns a deep sea fishing charter operation in San Diego, CA , is an active member of his church serving as co-chairman on the Building Fund Campaign committee and serves in an advisory role on the church’s board.
