Combining her leadership skills with her expertise in real estate and asset management, Patty Nooney provides strategic direction of the Real Estate Management Services platform for the Florida market. She delivers customized results to clients by implementing innovative solutions that optimize property management teams’ performance across 20 million square feet of industrial, office, retail, and mixed-use properties.

Patty leverages her strong, reputable relationship network with operating partners and institutional clients over the course of more than 25 years. She also brings a wealth of C-suite knowledge on strategic governance, P&L oversight, and digital transformation.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Patty served as President and Principal at CRE Analytics Now, LLC, in which she provided advisory services to institutional owners, including expertise on transition and acquisition due diligence, digital transformations and technology platform rollouts. She also served in various leadership roles at Madison Marquette and CBRE, in which she led teams in managing all retail and office properties in the eastern U.S., and specialized in asset and investor services, respectively.

Patty serves as a board member and is on the governing council with voting rights for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She has been associated with the organization since 1991 and previously held the position of International President.
