Jay Driscoll joined Avison Young in 2020 as a Principal with a focus in the urban market advising tenants on office space locally and nationally. He focuses on advising landlords and tenants on their commercial real estate strategies in the downtown Boston market. Prior to joining Avison Young, Jay worked at Cushman & Wakefield, where he served as an Executive Director. He was a founding member of the firm’s National Tenant/Advisory Group and a member of its Broker Advisory Committee. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Massachusetts.

With nearly four decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Jay brings a wide range of expertise to the organization. He has worked across sectors with companies like AVIVA Life, Beacon Capital, Bingham McCutchen, Ernst & Young, Goldman Sachs, KPMG, Lincoln National Life, Thompson/Reuters, and UBS.
