Jeff Arsenault joined Avison Young in 2016 as a Principal of the firm. He leads the retail services group for the Boston/ New England Region and collaborates with colleagues throughout North America and Europe on behalf of Avison Young clients.

Mr. Arsenault has over 27 years of retail deal making experience completing transactions for both Landlords and Tenants throughout the Boston and New England markets. His expertise includes strategic project/ building leasing, planning, merchandising along with retailer/ restaurant representation. Mr. Arsenault brings insight, creativity and vision to each deal with a systematic and successful conclusion on behalf of his clients.

He has both represented and completed deals in some of the area’s most noteworthy projects including Fan Pier (along Boston’s waterfront), Congress Square (formerly Fidelity Investments headquarters), Westin Copley Place, MIT’s planned redevelopment of Main Street, Cambridge, The BioMed Realty portfolio Kendall Square, Cambridge, Downtown Crossing’s Forever 21 flagship store, The Boston Wax Museum and several other prominent urban and suburban locations. Additionally, he represented Mario Batali’s B&B Hospitality Group’s restaurant concepts Eataly (anchoring the Prudential Tower expansion) and Babbo (anchoring Fallon Co.’s Fan Pier retail development), Walgreen’s third U.S. flagship store (Downtown Crossing, Boston) and Orange Theory Fitness’s roll out of 25+ studios throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Mr. Arsenault’s history representing both Landlords and Tenants provides a unique perspective to the client allowing thoughtful, creative and successful negotiation and deal closing.

Prior to joining Avison Young Mr. Arsenault was Vice President at CBRE’s Boston office and prior to CBRE he served as a founding Principal of Summit Realty Partners (Lexington, MA) for 15 years.
