Darlene (Dee) Rivera began her career in the real estate industry as a luxury condo administrator at Related Companies. During Dee’s tenure, she cultivated strong tenant relationships and delivered premium service to high-profile clients. Overseeing 500 luxury condominiums in Manhattan, Dee collaborated with property managers, brokers, and condo boards. Drawing on a decade of experience as a construction project administrator, Dee supervised alteration projects exceeding $5 million.

Subsequently, Dee joined Brookfield Properties as a commercial property administrator for 9 and 11 MetroTech Center, housing the headquarters of FDNY and the Public Safety Answering Service (PSAC-1). As 11 MetroTech Center is pivotal to New York City's operations, including E-911, NYPD, and FDNY, Dee played a key role in maintaining property security, overseeing delivery clearances, and managing access. Additionally, Dee contributed to renovation and upgrade projects surpassing $1 million. Following the properties' acquisition by Boyd Watterson, Dee facilitated the transition of ownership while continuing to fulfill her duties.

Later, Dee joined Paramount Assets as a property manager, overseeing their Newark, NJ portfolio comprising 400+ units, encompassing mixed-use, office, and retail properties. In this role, Dee managed ongoing CapEx projects exceeding $4 million, collaborated with the construction department on tenant buildouts, and handled day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and financial management.

Throughout Dee’s career, her success has been attributed to her interpersonal skills and comprehensive approach to property management, consistently yielding exceptional results in client relations.
