Jennifer Rosenak began her role at Avison Young in 2021 as the U.S. lead for AVANT Market Intelligence, our innovative platform for data, analytics, and thought leadership. She has since expanded her role to oversee market intelligence at a global level. Jennifer and her teams have been instrumental in providing clients with in-depth data and analytics to solve their complex real estate strategies, and guide business decisions during these unique times. Her depth of knowledge and experience working with our global insights team supports the production of actionable market intelligence that provides real-time market perspectives and important information to clients.

Jennifer brings 20 years of global workplace experience to the role with time spent on the occupier side developing real estate and workforce strategies as well as on the service provider side where she focused on growth planning, research, and innovation. Her background includes managing Vanguard’s global real estate portfolio and long-range strategy and acting as Executive Vice President for Technology Solutions at JLL. She was also a director of global real estate services at Unisys and BearingPoint.

Jennifer finds joy in sharing stories leveraging vast and varied datasets, and is passionate about growing the presence and prominence of women in the fields of commercial real estate and technology.
