During his 25+ years practicing commercial real estate in Charleston, Jeremy Willits has earned a reputation as a highly respected hands-on leader who is passionate about enhancing people’s lives through their interactions with real estate.

During his career, Jeremy has marketed and brokered hundreds of lease and sale transactions across a wide variety of industries and properties throughout the Charleston region.

Jeremy is passionate about helping property and business owners enjoy and maximize the benefits of the real estate they own and/or occupy, by building commercial real estate value through flexible and innovative solutions. Jeremy is committed to providing the highest quality service to his clients by understanding and delivering on their requirements and needs.

With the goal of helping all people with compassion and excellence, Jeremy dedicates his time and personal resources to local non-profit organizations through his volunteer work with the Trident United Way, and the Roper Hospital Foundation.  

Jeremy lives in Mount Pleasant with his wife Lisa, a highly respected local Landscape Artist. He spends his spare time boating, hiking and playing guitar.
