Kita joined Avison Young in September 2021 as Assistant Property Manager in Dallas’s Property Management Division. Prior to joining Avison Young, Kita was the Property Administrator for Cushman & Wakefield at three of their Plano locations, totaling over 327,000 square feet. Kita has four years of experience in the commercial real estate industry managing class AA and A office buildings. Her number one goal is to provide an excellent experience for clients and tenants.
