Philip joined Avison Young in February 2022 as a Financial Analyst responsible for underwriting the acquisition and disposition of income producing properties. In his time, he has worked across multiple property types including office, industrial, and flex space where he analyzes historical documents to create current financials.

Prior to Avison Young, Philip worked for the Shelterwood Group and ANCHOR RE, a joint venture partner, doing value-add industrial acquisitions throughout Texas and Oklahoma.
