Joe specializes in leasing commercial office buildings across the Metro Denver region. In collaboration with some of the nation’s top commercial real estate owners, Joe creates, implements, and executes customized strategic leasing plans—positioning and re-imagining assets in alignment with the ownership’s investment objectives.

The strategic leasing plans are designed to maximize rental rates and increase occupancy levels which have created significant value appreciation for his clients.  Over the course of his 30-plus-year career, he has represented over 15 million square feet of space across 60 office projects and has distinguished himself as a knowledgeable, trusted, and highly respected professional.
