Tom Viscount joined Avison Young in October 2018 and quickly became one of the company’s top commercial real estate brokers. He received Avison Young’s Circle of Excellence Award in 2019 and, through the close of 2021, has brought over 5 million square feet in transaction volume to the company.

Tom specializes in marketing, negotiations and transaction strategy for leasing and capital markets assignments. He has perfected an aggressive, innovative and effective strategy to achieve his client’s objectives and maximize value.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Tom worked as a Senior Vice President for Butters Realty & Management.
