Maury Smith joined Avison Young as a principal in 2019. Based in Hartford, Smith is a 21-year industry veteran who brings expertise in tenant representation and marketing of high-quality office projects. Smith’s customer-centric mindset helps serve the firm’s clients in leasing and developing office and medical projects in and around Hartford. Prior to joining Avison Young, Smith served as Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he spent his entire career serving the Hartford market. While at Cushman & Wakefield, he was the recipient of the “Service Excellence Award,” which recognizes outstanding client service. Smith lives with his wife and two sons in Hebron, CT.
