Dave Smith appointed Director of Brokerage Services; brings 30 years of brokerage, management and consulting services expertise
Sacramento, CA – Avison Young today announces the addition of Dave Smith as Principal and Director of Brokerage Services based in the firm’s Sacramento office. As a market leader, Smith will work to grow Avison Young’s client base throughout the greater Sacramento region and is tasked with recruiting top talent to expand market share across multiple service lines.

Smith is a tenant representation specialist who comes to Avison young from Cresa where he was involved in all aspects of corporate services including strategic planning, lease, sublease, building sale negotiations, financial analysis, and consulting. Previously, he was a Senior Manager with Opus West Corporation playing a key role in the development, lease-up and disposition of almost one million square feet of class A office and retail space. Prior to joining Opus, Dave was an office properties specialist with Grubb & Ellis assisting both landlords and tenants with their real estate needs.
