Frank Pagano joined Avison Young’s Long Island office in 2015 as a Senior Director. An accomplished and respected professional in the commercial real estate industry, Pagano brings with him twenty-five years of experience as a commercial real estate broker.
Prior to joining Avison Young, Pagano was a Principal and partner at Integrated Realty Group, LLC where he specialized in office and industrial sales and leasing and a partner at Corporate National Realty where he represented some of the largest tenants throughout Long Island. Throughout his career Pagano has also focused on large residential redevelopment transactions on Long Island.
As a senior broker, advisor and consultant, Pagano works with clients to create value and problem-solve significant real estate issues. Pagano’s focus is centered on tenant and landlord representation with regard to their needs to acquire, dispose of, restructure and reforecast existing obligations. Pagano also has experience in the evaluation of purchasing and repositioning of office buildings, as well as industrial and multi-family projects with a focus on value-added services.
Throughout his twenty-five year career, Pagano has successfully represented owners and occupiers in excess of five million square feet.
