Edward Pidgeon joined Avison Young in 2023 as a Senior Director at the firm’s Long Island office. With over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Ed specializes in the leasing and sales of industrial, office and investment properties.
Prior to joining Avison Young, Ed held the title of Principal at another national real estate firm located in Islandia, New York for the past 10 years. Consistently a top producer, his responsibilities included training new salespeople in office and industrial leasing and sales. He was honored in numerous years with the Circle of Distinction Award.
Recent notable deals include national companies, Valmont Site Pro One, PODS Storage, Red Rover Storage, Topaz Lighting, Vivint Solar and Freedom Forever Solar, among numerous others.
Ed’s education in Business and background in construction management has given him comprehensive perspective into the most difficult commercial real estate transactions. Ed has also worked closely with top developers and landlords receiving the top R&D deal of the year from Long Island’s largest industrial landlord, Rechler Equity.
