Prior to joining Avison Young, Joslyn Diaz was Development Manager at Easton Development Company in Doral, FL. She has been responsible for the project management of over 4 million square feet of industrial, office, and retail products, with combined total construction costs of over $100 million.

Joslyn has experience managing development projects from land acquisition through occupancy with a special skillset in the pre-development phase of projects including due diligence, entitlements, regulatory requirements, and expediting permits. She holds great working relationships with key personnel in various municipalities and counties in Florida. Joslyn’s skills help ensure projects remain on track to be delivered in a timely manner and within budget. Joslyn also has a background as a real estate paralegal with skills in reviewing and negotiating contracts. She speaks several languages and loves to travel all over the world.
