Paul Errigo is a Vice President with Avison Young's Industrial Occupier Solutions group. Paul represents occupiers of commercial real estate and tenants with highly improved industrial and flex real estate obligations (i.e., high-tech and traditional manufacturing facilities, light and heavy assembly, research and development, wet and dry labs, storage and distribution and office spaces to support them).

In recent years, Paul's team has completed more than 305 real estate transactions in more than 65 markets. These transactions have included lease renewals, lease relocations, purchases, sales and build-to-suits. They have accounted for more than 6.5 million square feet and more than $750 million in value.

Paul is part of the firm's "Emerging Leaders" affinity group and was formerly the Ambassador to the New Jersey office. The program is a key component of the overall Avison Young University proprietary training and mentoring program for selected Avison Young professionals to trade best practices and support one another in their growth and development at the firm.   Paul is also part of Avison Young's Leadership Pathways High Potential Program, a project-based, highly-experiential and feedback-centric program designed to bolster cross-functional collaboration alongside leadership capabilities. Paul regularly engages with Avison Young colleagues across the USA, Canada, and the UK on social value and ESG initiatives.
