Donna Hicks is an Administrative Coordinator in the Avison Young New York office. She is responsible for assisting leasing assignments, planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, supporting business relationships and managing day-to-day communications with brokers and clients.  Her functions encompass proposal submission, scheduling, project coordination, brochure and information creation, data and financial analysis.

Prior to joining Avison Young in 2021, Donna served as the Operations Manager for 7 years at Douglas Elliman Commercial, supporting and overseeing an office of 30 real estate professionals.  Before that, she was the Chief Administrative Officer for Williamson, Picket, Gross, Inc. (WPG), a boutique real estate firm for 19 years.  With  over 26+ years of administrative and office operations experience within the NYC CRE industry, Donna brings a wide range of operational skills, working cohesively with all departments from marketing to information technology and finance.

Donna attended Pace University and is adept with the wide range of resources provided through Avison Young’s technological platform. She is the proud mother of two and resides in Queens, NY.
