Jack Dougherty is an Associate in Avison Young’s New York office, specializing in landlord and tenant representation throughout New York City. He works with a wide range of companies, assisting them with leasing opportunities that fit their cultural and spatial criteria.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Jack served as an Associate at Transwestern. Some of his responsibilities included constructing lease proposals and amendments, discovering potential clients, building prospect lists, and creating and conducting space tours. He also served as an Intern from 2020-2021 for Cushman & Wakefied, where he gained valuable experience and education through mentorships by high performing executives and brokers. Through this experience, Jack was educated on the fundamentals of landlord and tenant representation as well as portfolio and transaction management.
