Oliver Fleener has been in the Southern California and Orange County Real Estate Market since 1997 after graduating from UCI with a Bachelors Degree in Economics and understudies in Astro Physics. Oliver is licensed broker in both California and Hawaii, and works in multiple roles related to Brokerage Services with Avison Young. Oliver joined Avison Young after its merger with Madison Marquette in 2022. Prior to Avison Young, Oliver was Senior Vice President of Asset services with Madison Marquette for nine years, after a successfull decade long tenure with Grubb & Ellis. He originally started his real estate career with Colliers Seeley.

As a 25+ year veteran within the industry, Oliver provides his clients with a well-rounded wealth of experience and knowledge encompassing all commercial real estate product types (with a strong focus in Office, Industrial, Flex, Retail, Investments and other product types). He has been involved in transactions located in all major areas located in Southern California (with a strong focus in Orange County), as well as other CBD markets across the country. His experince includes include agency leasing, corporate and tenant services, subleasing, acquisitions, disposition, unimproved land development, building sales and leases as well as consulting services. His clients have consisted of pension fund advisors, REITS, institutional owners, and hedge fund advisors as well as local family trusts and individuals. In addition he has represented Fortune 100 corporate clients, private and public businesses, technology and professional firms, as well as small start-up companies.

Utilizing his overall experience Oliver brings financial, statistical and proforma based models and analysis to all his work. Oliver has been a top producer and award winning professional for multiple years. As an innovative thinker, Oliver brings energy and creative insight to all real estate transactions while utilizing cutting-edge technological applications, financial modeling expertise, creative marketing and branding, as well as analytical skills. He has worked with a multitude of institutional owners assisting with asset management, due diligence, acquisitions and disposition underwriting. In addition, Oliver maximizes superior computer skills in nearly all software programs. He has been the author/creator of many forms, excel programs and other web based programs used by many of these owners to this day.
