Ryan will perform the managerial duties of Senior Director, Valuation & Advisory with Avison Young in the United States. He will be responsible for leading valuation and financial advisory efforts in the Southern California region, with a particular focus on new and prospective clients in the valuation and advisory services area. He will promote and oversee these relationships while simultaneously leading the customer service efforts for existing clients and future client opportunities.  Mr. Miller will manage the valuation and consulting of a wide range of property types including office, retail, industrial, multi-residential properties and commercial condominiums, as well as development land, recreational facilities and many special use facilities.  He will produce and analyze cash flows and financial models using Argus Enterprise for investment properties and has undertaken assignments for various large-scale portfolio projects throughout North America as well as Global portfolio requirements. As a Senior Director, Valuation & Advisory, he will be involved at the highest efforts of our company, in recruiting new analysts, consultants, additional business lines and employees on both a regional and national scope.
