Jennifer was promoted to Vice President of Project Management in November 2020 after working five years as a Senior Project Manager.
Jennifer is a licensed architect with a specialization in historic preservation. She has experience with renovation and adaptive use projects, as well as new construction. She manages all aspects of projects, including procurement, design, construction, contractor/vendor coordination and oversight, project documentation, furniture acquisition and personnel relocation efforts.
Jennifer has over 25 years of experience working as an architect. Prior to working for Avison Young, Jennifer was the founder and principle of Stark Design, a certified Women's Business Enterprise (WBE), which enjoyed over 15 years of success.
A couple stand-out projects include working on the National Historic Landmark (NHL) Summerseat, in Morrisville, PA; four historic structures within the Philadelphia Zoo; moving and renovating a building for public use in Hamilton, NJ; and the new construction of a recreational facility in Upper Southampton, PA.
