Olivia Klever started her commercial real estate career at a global real estate service and investment firm where she was a part of The Esplanade property management team. During her six years at this marquee Class A, 1.2M sf office complex in Phoenix, Olivia received three promotions, earned her ADRE License, was awarded Assistant Property Manager of the Year (2019) and was named the CBRE RISE employee (2020).
In May 2022, Olivia started working with Avison Young where she currently manages the largest office portfolio at the Avison Young Phoenix office. As a Property Manager, her responsibilities include budgeting, controlling operating and capital expenditures, tenant relations, supervising the Building Engineers and Assistant Property Manager, overseeing tenant improvement and construction management, accounts receivables, monthly financial reports, and managing client needs.
Olivia’s strengths include self-motivation, strong work ethic, customer service, and an eye for detail.
