Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, Crystal manages general office operations by focusing on customer service, efficiency, and organization. She is responsible for all operations-related activities, including opening new offices, serving as IT liaison, coordinating training sessions, managing vendor relationships, and providing human resources support for team members in North Carolina.

Crystal grew up in Western New York and attended Saint Bonaventure University where she completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Crystal worked for several years in the non-profit sector, dedicating herself to meaningful causes. In recent years, she ventured into the dynamic world of real estate, focusing on residential new construction. Now, fueled by a desire for new challenges, she is excited to make the leap into commercial real estate, combining her passion for community impact with a strategic approach to organizational processes.
