Kristin is a property manager in Avison Young’s Chapel Hill office where she manages a 680,000 square-foot portfolio of retail properties throughout the Raleigh-Durham area. Her industry experience includes real estate management services for local and institutional owners. With an emphasis on tenant retention and satisfaction, Kristin’s experience includes daily property operations, building maintenance, construction management, capital improvements, vendor oversight, budgeting, financial performance and client reporting.
Prior to joining Avison Young, Kristin was a property manager with Rivercrest Realty Associates where she was responsible for 18 shopping centers encompassing more than one million square feet of retail space throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Additionally, Kristin has experience in managing and leasing commercial and residential properties as a property manager with Rector Best Property Management in Alexandria, Virginia.

Kristin is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a BA in History and a Minor in English. She is a CPM Candidate and an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
