Erika joined Avison Young in 2018, focusing on building a high-performing marketing platform, developing client engagement strategies, and driving successful creative, marketing, and branding initiatives.

Erika is a recognized trailblazer, award winner, and engaging creative leader with over 15 years of proven success in delivering brand design innovation, marketing campaigns, and eye-catching visuals that drive growth, visibility, and unprecedented success.

Erika is the Regional Creative Director, Marketing – West U.S and is an integral leader and critical thinker across the planning and proactive direction of all creative, marketing, communications, and media efforts that drive brand visibility, in observance of the organization’s mission, and financial targets.

Erika co-founded and launched the first Avison Young’s Hispanic and Latino Employee Resource Group, “Conexión” in company history, to advance the DE&I strategy that supports Hispanic and Latino employees and clients. Erika is a passionate advocate of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
