Andrea brings 20 years of experience in commercial real estate operations. She offers a proficient comprehension of office operations services, exceptional organizational abilities, motivational thought leadership, and strategic time management. Her skills enable her to assist with the continued growth of the Northern California Avison Young brokerage. 

Prior to joining Avison Young, Andrea was the Senior Operations Manager at Colliers International in San Jose where she managed the Silicon Valley Support team and supported over 80 brokers. She played a key role in opening and maintaining the operations for the Colliers offices in Redwood Shores and Mountain View as well as relocating the San Jose brokerage office in 2019. She also held oversight of the Gilroy office and was instrumental in creating regional best practices with all Bay Area Colliers Offices.

Andrea served on the Board of Directors of Colliers non-profit sector, Links for Life – California, from the time of its’ inception in 2007 until it ended in 2019. She helped raise nearly $1M dollars for the charity that benefited children in the local Bay Area.
