Bob Shepherd joined Avison Young’s Silicon Valley office in September 2018. He joined the growing Silicon Valley team as Senior Vice President. Bob has extensive experience in all facets of real estate and specializes in the leasing and sales of office and R&D buildings, both tenant and landlord representation.

Bob brings a well-rounded approach to his clients being in the commercial real estate industry since 1979. In the thirty-two years Bob as Executive Vice President at one of the largest commercial firms, he was in the prestigious President’s Club every year.

Bob enjoys various athletic activities including skiing, tennis and running. He has completed 11 marathons and ran in the Boston Marathon in 2021. He and his wife, Tami, reside in Saratoga where they raised their four children.
