Dianne Lipford is a commercial real estate professional who built a 10+ year career focused on the management of class A office space in the Greater Tampa Bay market area. She joined Avison Young in 2022. Dianne successfully transitioned nearly 50% of a core-and-shell new construction project to 96% occupancy and simultaneously managed an ownership change for the asset, all within her first six months of hire.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Dianne worked for Cousins Properties, LLC, managing multi-tenant owner operated properties and attending to Fortune 500 customers such as Pfizer, AMGEN, Salesforce, and Bloomin’ Brands, to name a few. Dianne’s solid understanding of building operations and emphasis on customer satisfaction has made her particularly successful at increasing occupancy and retention rates.

Dianne currently oversees the day-to-day operations of SkyCenter One, Tampa’s newest office jewel built in 2021 and located at Tampa International Airport. In her spare time, she enjoys watching sports, especially Thoroughbred horse racing, volunteering, and paddling with the Pink Dragon Ladies, an internationally competitive dragon boat racing team supporting cancer survivors.
