Danielle brings over 25 years of experience in program/project management, leadership, operations, and transactional real estate services. She specializes in actively listening to her clients to develop the right strategies, business plan execution, real estate portfolio planning and project delivery to maximize results and minimize risk. 

As Project Manager, Danielle’s role is to develop processes and manage project execution and close out while leveraging innovation, data and previous experience.  She listens and incorporates stakeholders’ goals and objectives and develops a consensus and clear path for successful project delivery.  

Project experience includes complex infrastructure construction, mission critical tenant build-outs, value-add improvements, strategic reuse, due diligence, portfolio strategies, master development, carbon footprint and environment analysis, and move management. She is responsible for developing and managing internal and external cross-functional project teams to ensure the proper framework and outcomes are achieved.
