Sam Tillinghast Graduated from The University of Arkansas in the Spring of 2019 with a degree in Real Estate Finance. He joined Avison Young’s Dallas office as a Project Manager in January 2022. Sam brings intelligently planned strategic and creative ideas to commercial interior office remodels and CAP-EX improvements for his clients. 

Sam began his career in the commercial real estate industry as an Assistant Property Manager and Assistant Project Manager with a well-known Texas REIT company. There he learned the ins-and-outs of office buildings and remodeling.

In his personal life Sam enjoys golfing, challenging and evolving himself, spending time with family and watching documentaries.
