Ned serves as an Associate Broker for Avison Young; specializing in leasing and sales of office properties on behalf of Buyers, Sellers, Tenants and Landlords alike. His clients benefit from his attention to detail and problem-solving skills to achieve their desired goals.

Ned holds a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Communications and a minor in Business Administration from Clemson University. He lives in Greenville with his wife, Cameron and his son, Tram. Outside of the office, Ned can be found in the woods on his motorcycle, in his garage workshop, or doing any type of water or snow sports.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Ned managed the Upstate Territory for a national school picture and yearbook company where he achieved year-over-year growth consistently. Through this experience, he developed his client-first philosophy. Every real estate asset is unique, and Ned aims to deliver customized service and outcomes for each property and client.
