For the last 15 years, Rob has helped buyer, seller, and tenant clients execute on their real estate strategies. With specific experience in multi-family, office, adaptive re-use, redevelopment, and industrial services, Rob helps his clients maximize the strategic value of their real estate activities within their broader business plan. Many businesses don’t think about real estate until they need more or less of it.
Rob draws on his experience as a broker and developer and leverages his wide network of contacts in related fields to help his client’s execute effective leasing, sales, and real estate investing strategies.
Rob holds a BS in Natural Resources and Spanish from The University of the South and an MBA from Emory University. Rob has served on diverse boards and is an avid surfer and adventurer. He lives in Greenville, SC with his wife and children.
