Joseph A. Lagano II joined Avison Young in 2016 as a Senior Director of the firm’s Long Island office. Lagano is a seasoned real estate professional with more than 14 years of experience at JLL and Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in Industrial and Commercial brokerage.

Throughout Lagano’s career, he has worked on all types of properties across Long Island and Queens with a primary focus in the JFK International Airport market. Currently, Lagano plays an instrumental part of a successful team representing 1.8 million square feet of Industrial properties for three Industrial Landlords; Prologis Inc., TA Realty and Terreno Realty LLC. 

Lagano and his team have represented numerous top-tier tenants including Luxottica Group, Elk Investors, Kuehne & Nagel, FedEx and UPS.

Lagano is presently a board member of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society (CIBS) as well as a member of the JFK Chamber of Commerce.
