Joseph Gervino is a Senior Associate in Avison Young’s New York City office. He specializes in office leasing advisory services, specifically landlord and tenant representation. Gervino brings with him a unique perspective to corporate real estate coming from a research analyst background and uses his ability to know his target audience and their competitors to the benefit of his clients.

Gervino currently serves as leasing agent for the Paramount Building at 1501 Broadway, 654 Madison Avenue, and sublease agent for Comcast Communications at 275 Seventh Avenue and 460 West 34^th Street and sublease agent for Baker Nye at 477 Madison Avenue. Joseph has also previously represented leasing at 475 10^th Avenue, 224 West 125^th Street, 1558 Pitkin Avenue and 540 Fulton Street.

In 2017, Gervino was named New York’s “Young Gun of the Year” which is given to a broker with less than five years of experience, who has shown significant promise and dedication to his clients, as well as showing enthusiasm for and dedication to the Avison Young culture. 

Gervino earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Lender School of Business at Quinnipiac University and holds a New York State Real Estate License.
